Terms and Conditions of Eve Francine

§ 1 Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions govern all agreements between Eve Francine (Eve Francine Wendorf) (“Eve Francine”) and her clients regarding styling and consulting services.

These services may include, but are not limited to:

• Personal Styling

• Personal Shopping

• Wardrobe Editing & Organisation

• Styling for Events and Special Occasions

• Celebrity Styling

• Styling for Editorial, Commercial and Creative Productions

• Creative Styling Concepts, Moodboards and Lookbooks

Services may be provided in person or remotely.

§ 2 Scope of Services

Eve Francine provides creative styling and consulting services tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Depending on the agreed service, this may include:

• Personal style consultations

• Wardrobe assessments

• Personal shopping assistance

• Styling recommendations

• Creation of personalised lookbooks and styling concepts

• Moodboards and visual concepts

• Outfit planning for events, public appearances and productions

• Styling support for editorial, commercial or creative projects

• Sourcing of clothing, accessories and fashion pieces

The exact scope of each project will be defined individually before work begins.

§ 3 Booking and Contract Formation

Bookings can be made via the contact form, email or other agreed communication channels.

Following an initial consultation, the client receives:

• an individual proposal (if applicable)

• these Terms and Conditions

• an invoice

The agreement becomes binding once both parties have confirmed the booking. Services begin after payment has been received or as otherwise agreed in writing.

 

§ 4 Fees and Payment

Fees are determined individually depending on the scope and complexity of each project.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• invoices are payable within 14 calendar days without deduction

• styling work begins after payment has been received

• additional expenses (travel, accommodation, courier services, rental fees, etc.) are invoiced separately where applicable

 

§ 5 Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible result, the client agrees to provide accurate and complete information, including where relevant:

• style preferences

• clothing sizes

• budget

• existing wardrobe

• event details

• creative brief or project requirements

The client shall communicate any changes or special requests as early as possible.

Delays caused by incomplete or late information may affect delivery times.

 

§ 6 Cancellation and Rescheduling

For Personal Styling appointments:

• appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before an in-person appointment

• online consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment

• cancellations after these deadlines may incur cancellation fees

For Creative Projects:

Cancellation terms are agreed individually within the respective project agreement.

If Eve Francine must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be offered. If this is not possible, any payments already made for services not yet provided will be refunded.

 

§ 7 Confidentiality

All personal information shared during the collaboration will be treated confidentially.

This includes:

• personal information

• wardrobe details

• creative concepts

• unpublished projects

• business information

Information will never be shared with third parties without the client’s consent unless legally required.

 

§ 8 Portfolio and Image Rights

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Eve Francine may use photographs of completed styling work for portfolio and marketing purposes only with the client’s prior consent.

• Clients may withdraw or refuse this permission at any time before publication.

All styling concepts, moodboards and lookbooks remain the intellectual property of Eve Francine unless otherwise agreed.

 

§ 9 Liability

Styling recommendations are based on professional judgement and the client’s individual preferences and objectives.

Eve Francine cannot guarantee personal satisfaction, commercial success or specific outcomes resulting from the styling services provided.

Product purchases are made independently by the client. Purchase agreements exist solely between the client and the respective retailer.

Liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

 

§ 10 VAT

According to § 19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation), no VAT is currently charged.

Should the legal requirements change, VAT will be shown separately where applicable.

 

§ 11 Governing Law

German law shall apply.

Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin, Germany.

 

§ 12 Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Any amendments or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
